Beauty Instruments / Tools
Our premium beauty instruments can be used for commercial applications or a minimum of 5,000 professional uses. Because beauty tools are designed for different applications, care requirements and usage patterns vary by product. Product-specific warranty or service conditions should be confirmed for the item ordered.
Dissection Instruments
Dissection instruments are supplied for educational, laboratory and training applications. Warranty coverage depends on the product specification and agreed sales terms, so the applicable coverage should be confirmed for the individual item or order.
Dental and Surgical Instruments
Dental and surgical instruments are supplied with a 6-month warranty against eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance, unless different terms are stated in the quotation, invoice or product-specific documentation.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modification or repair, or damage caused by cleaning, sterilization or storage methods that are incompatible with the product.
