Maxillary Third Molar Forceps with Multi-Hole Handle are extraction forceps designed for dental surgery, education, and laboratory applications where appropriate.
Key Details:
• Material: AISI 410 stainless steel.
• Application: Designed for extraction of upper third molars and other challenging posterior maxillary extractions where suitable.
• Beak/Jaw Design: Beaks shaped to align with upper third-molar contours for secure gripping, visibility, and posterior access.
• Handle/Grip: Multi-hole handle for enhanced grip, reduced weight, and improved control.
• Key Features: Corrosion-resistant construction; precision-engineered alignment for controlled extraction; designed to reduce slippage and minimize trauma to surrounding tissues; posterior-access design supports challenging upper third-molar cases.
The instruments are reusable and designed to withstand a large number of autoclave sterilization cycles when properly maintained.
Recommended Sterilization Procedure:
1. Thoroughly clean the instruments before sterilization. Do not use metal brushes, as they may damage the instruments’ surfaces.
2. Immerse the instruments in an appropriate sterilizing solution according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After soaking, rinse them thoroughly with running water and dry them completely.
3. Sterilize the instruments in an autoclave at 134°C in accordance with standard sterilization protocols.
