Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cassette accommodates up to 20 instruments and supports orderly instrument arrangement during processing and storage.
The instrument is reusable and designed to withstand a large number of autoclave sterilization cycles when properly maintained.
Recommended Sterilization Procedure:
1. Thoroughly clean the instrument before sterilization. Do not use metal brushes, as they may damage the instrument’s surface.
2. Immerse the instrument in an appropriate sterilizing solution according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After soaking, rinse it thoroughly with running water and dry it completely.
3. Sterilize the instrument in an autoclave at 134°C in accordance with standard sterilization protocols.
